How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, reviews, tier list, journal, and photos and cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.
How do I remove a review I wrote?
Your reviews are yours. Open one from your profile or the shop page to remove it — deleting a review removes it for everyone. If you cannot find the option, email us and we will take care of it.
How do I report a review or a shop?
Every review has a report option, and shop pages can be reported the same way. Reports go to our moderators, who remove content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. For urgent abuse — threats, doxxing, or illegal content — email abuse@findmymatcha.app with a link to the content.
What data do you collect?
Only what the app needs to work — your account, the content you create, and privacy-safe usage analytics. We do not sell your data and show no ads. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Which areas do you cover?
Orange County and Los Angeles at launch. We add cities as the community grows.
I own a cafe — something on my listing is wrong.
